It can be difficult to find behavioral health providers that are accepting new patients and credentialed to accept Medicaid. As such, we are extremely excited to announce that we are now accepting Kentucky Medicaid. Medicaid typically covers the services that we provide at 100%, or at a low copay (usually around $3).
Currently, we take four of the five managed care organizations, including Anthem, Coventry Care, Passport and Wellcare. At this time, we do not accept Humana Caresource. If you have Humana Caresource and would like to obtain services from Positive Pathways, you may contact the Department of Medicaid to change your managed care organization to one in which we are in network. The Department of Medicaid can be reached at 1-800-372-2973.
